For those of you wishing to spend more time with the bride, she will be available throughout the weekend and has a tentative Saturday schedule to show you various attractions in the Chippewa Valley. Viva Wisconsin!
- 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Tour of Leinenkugel's Brewery.
- Come explore the 7th oldest brewery in the U.S. for free and sample Tess' favorite brew.
- 12 p.m.: Lunch at the Fill Inn Station Saloon and Restaurant.
- Cheese curds! Wisconsin is known for its cheese. Try some homemade beer battered cheese curds with a Leinie's (nickname for Leinenkugel's) or two!
- 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Chippewa Valley Museum and Paul Bunyan Logging Camp Museum.
- Explore the history and cultures of the Chippewa Valley by learning about our unique Native American tribes and the logging industry from which the folk hero Paul Bunyan and his ox, Babe, were born. Tickets are $7 and include access to both museums.
- 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Dinner and Live Theater at Fanny Hill.
- Looking for refined dining and entertainment besides Tess' wedding? Fanny Hill is Eau Claire's premier dinner theater. For only $27.99 you can have a lovely dinner and enjoy a live performance. Semi-formal is recommended for this venue. Take a drink out to the lovely gardens and take pictures of the magnificent view of the Chippewa River, too.
