Save the Date Magnets

Zazzle - Did you like my save the date magnets? Well, I created them myself using this free website. Stellar!

Wedding Invitation

Renaissance Writings - I had a very, very, VERY difficult time finding an invitation designer/printer to do my bilingual invitations. Well, I am now using Renaissance Writings to print my invitations. I will do the decoration and assembly myself.

Washi Accents - How did Tess find the beautiful bamboo, plum, and pine paper to accent her gorgeous wedding invitation???? After a long search, I discovered Washi Accents. They were the only company I could find which carried this delicate, Japanese paper with our wedding motif.

Create a Stamp - I had a rubber stamp made for the wedding invitation which had our names and wedding date through the company, Create a Stamp. I am satisfied with the imprint of the stamp, but the stamp itself is poorly constructed.

Stampin Family Store on E-Bay - Both the flower cross rubber stamp and double happiness rubber stamp were purchased on e-bay. Aren't they cute?!

Church

Sacred Heart - Sacred Heart is my home parish while I am in Wisconsin. My mom and I became parishioners there when we moved to Eau Claire in 1992 because we felt a spiritual connection there that we could not find at the other parishes. There is also a wonderful stained glass picture of St. Cecilia whom I took as my confirmation saint and confirmation name (except I changed the spelling to Cecelia to reflect the same consonant vowel pattern in my name).

Reception Hall

The Florian Gardens - I chose the Florian Gardens because I wanted a very beautiful and fresh setting for my wedding reception.

Florist

A wonderful review on the Internet led me to Adalar Floral. I am hoping to have a very simple bouquet of calla lilies and roses.

Harpist

Selena O'Meara -  Selena is a fellow Catholic, and I am very excited to have her perform at my wedding. I want a very delicate and classy ambiance for my wedding, and I know Selena will provide this feeling through her great musical talent!

Karaoke

Zack Morganroth - I also found Zack, who owns No Limits, on a wedding DJ website. Let me tell you, Zack is wonderful at communicating and will personally call you to talk with you. He is also willing to work with your ideas. As a bride, this communication and care is so important. I can’t wait to wail it out on the mic during my reception with Zack at the helm!

Photography

Curtis E. Harrison - Curtis took my senior pictures back in 1995! Thirteen years later, and he will be photographing another major event in my life! Thank you Curtis!

Wedding Consultant

The Wedding Genie - Melinda Duncan is the Wedding Genie. She will be overseeing both the rehearsal on Thursday and the wedding ceremony and reception on Friday. Although I have planned and organized this wedding all by myself, I do not want to be bridezilla on my wedding day! Melinda will make sure the event runs smoothly and will take all that pressure off of me to run the wedding solo.

Hair & Make Up

My Friend's Place Spa - Who wouldn't want to go to a salon that plays the "Cheers" theme song?! I changed beauty salons from Designer Edition to My Friend's Place Spa. Designer Edition was not a good fit for me after I tried them out for the engagement pics, the owner never returned my call for an earlier appointment, they cancelled my nail appointment without telling me, and they are supposedly moving their store during the week of my wedding even though they never thought to tell me this, either!!! Well, My Friend's Place Spa is willing to do my hair earlier in the morning to help me out with the time constraints I am facing!!! Yeah! Less stress!!!!

Nicole's Inc - I'm hooked on gel nails!!!! Although I haven't set up an appointment yet with Nicole's Inc, I am hoping to try out their LCN gels and see if they meet my standards!

Wedding Attire

Wedding Dress

Arnellas Bridal - I was looking for a bridal shop near Pittsburgh because I thought at the time I may be in Pittsburgh before the wedding and need adjustments through the bridal shop. Not true! Anyway, I got a beautiful Forever Yours Bridal Gown on sale!

Wedding Shoes

Massey's - This store is based in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin (where my favorite beer is brewed!). Since I am pigeon-toed, I have problems wearing high heels and shoes lacking an ankle strap. I found some wonderful champagne colored dress shoes from them which are not high heeled and have ankle straps so I hopefully won't fall on my face!! Check them out!

The Garter

Suzie Rupchock - Through e-bay, I found Suzie who hand makes garters! She was very wonderful to talk to and had the colors I was looking for: sage, champagne, and chocolate. She will customize your garter for you and the workmanship is very precise.

The Veil

Wedding-Veil.com - I actually customized this veil to have four layers instead of three with a scattering of pearls. It is very beautiful, and I can’t wait to wear it!

The Tiara

I wanted to find a tiara that had champagne colors in it along with a pearl floral motif. I found one with this e-bay store. Click here to see picture of tiara.

Other Accessories

Beverly Clark - Although this collection is no longer being mass produced, I loved the flower combinations that have been put together. It was hard to find a complete collection so I bought items from various vendors to purchase the items I wanted. Click here to see a picture of the English Garden Collection.
